Do you ever wonder what the AFTG series looked like from an outside perspective? Like, one of the best players from the best college team breaks his hand, and then immediately after announces that he’s moving to one of the worst teams that is literally infamous for using troubled kids, and then some 18-year-old nobody kid that started Exy that year announces that they’re going to BEAT THE BEST TEAM?

And then every few months some horrible tragedy happens to the terrible team, but they get progressively better??? And then the kid shows up with completely different hair and eye colors and is selected to be in the perfect court and is also apparently secretly the son of a mobster. Then the other good player goes on live TV and implies that his adopted brother, the best player on the best team, broke his hand.  And then the terrible team beats the best team.

And then the best player on that team dies.
